New photos on the site at last!

15th July 2010

Sorry all has been quiet. The usual hectic seabird season took me by surprise.

And before that we had a lovely trip to Bulgaria photographing vultures in April, thanks to WildArena.

Then all was busy heading up to the Shetland islands on a great trip with Hugh Harrop. Many photos of puffins in the purple thrift, gorgeous opportunities with gannets and great fun watching bonxies. Then home, and immediately back towards Scotland for bass rock and the farne islands (okay, they're not in Scotland, quite). And then we had planned to skip off the edge of Wales to Skomer for 5 days, but it was all too much.

So - have a look in british coastal wildlife for the new seabirds, and world wildlife for the pretty vultures and white stork.
